Translations in Serbia

Translations accepted the first time: certified translations by a court interpreter for the police, APR, banks, notaries and the Qualifications Agency, apostilles, and interpreting wherever you need to understand every word.

What we translate

  • Personal documents: passports, birth and marriage certificates, criminal record certificates.
  • Education: diplomas, transcripts of grades, school certificates — for recognition and university admission.
  • Business documents: articles of association, resolutions, register extracts, powers of attorney, contracts.
  • Medical and banking documents, proof of income.

Certification and apostille

Court interpreter translation
This is exactly what Serbian authorities require for documents in a foreign language: a translation bearing the stamp and signature of an interpreter appointed by the Ministry of Justice.
Apostille on Serbian documents
For a Serbian document to be accepted abroad, it is certified with an apostille at the basic court. We do it for you.
Documents from abroad
Depending on the country, a document needs an apostille or consular legalisation, or a translation is enough. We tell you exactly what is needed before you order a certificate back home.
Certified copies
Notarised copies of documents, so you do not have to hand over your originals.

Interpreting

We accompany you to the police, the notary, the bank, the doctor and business negotiations. At the notary this is especially important: if you do not understand Serbian, the contract must be fully translated for you — otherwise it cannot be signed.

Requirements depend on your situation and change from time to time. At a free consultation, we will review your case and tell you the current requirements, timelines and costs.
